Weight Loss Kaise Kare-

Dosto ! Maine Dekha hai bahut se motapa se pareshan rhte hain. Wo Apne diet par bhi control karte hain fir bhi chah kar bhi apna wajan kam nhi kar pate hain. Mai aapko kuch aise tips bata rha hu jisko karne se aapka wajan jarur kam ho jayega.



Pani (water)-

 Ek din me kam se kam 4-5 litre pani (water) jarur piye. Daily morning me 3 glass halka garam (mild hot) aur honey mix karke usko jarur piye. Isase body ka extra fat loss hota hai.
Pani pine se aapki skin bhi kabhi jhulti nhi hai. Koi jhuriya nhi padti.


Nimboo pani (water)-

 Jab bhi body me extra fat ho tab nimboo pani pine se fat dhire- dhire khatm ho jata hai. aur body fit aur slim ho jati hai. Nimboo Pani pine se pet ke sabhi unusual materials nikal jate hain. Aur fat ka jamav nahi hota hai.


Do not smoke- 

yadi koi person daily smoke karta hai to usake body me fat deposite hone lagata hai. isaliye smoking nhi karna chahiye.
Kuchh logo ki adat hoti hai, khana khane ke bad chocolate, icecream khane ki. Isako avoid kare.


Daily Exercise- 

Daily exercise se body health aur fit rahata hai. Body me extra fat deposite nhi hota hai. e.i.- teji se walk kare, cycling, running, dand- baithak etc.

Gym –

 Yadi body me bahut adhik fat hai to gym join karna chahiye. Kam se kam ek week me 4-5 hour gym me exercise karana chahiye. Isase body fit ho jayegi extra fat bhi kam ho jayega.




  • Khane me daily adhik fatty food nhi khana chahiye.e.i.- puri, red meat, ghee, etc. khane me daily salad khaye.



  • Rat me khana bahut kam, halka (supachya) aur sone ke kam se kam (minimum) 3 hour pahle khana chahiye. Khana khane ke bad kam se kam(minimum) 1 km walk karna chahiye.



  • T V dekhate samay kabhi bhi khana nhi khaye.


Chips, biscuit, chaumin, burger, pizza, ice cream daily nhi khana chahiye. Inake khane se body me extra fat ata hai.

Do not take alcohol daily – 

alcohol (more than 30 ml) ka sevan daily nhi karna chahiye. Alcohol ke karan body me fat deposite hota hai. aur person over weight ho jata hai.
