Aajkal Bhagdaur ke life me health ko maintain karna bahut hi mushkil kaam ho gya hai. Aur job karne wale ko job ki tension , students ko exam ka tension . Jisko dekho wo hi tension me rhta hai. Aur tension se hi bahut sari bimario ka aagman shuru hota hai. Blood pressure , Depression jaisi bimaryan Tension paalne se hi hota hai.
Aaj iss post me aapko Tension ko dur karne ka 8 upay bataunga . Toh aap iss post ko last tak jarur padhen.



#1. Breakfast in Morning:

 Bahut saare countries me research hua hai ki subeh breakfast nahi karne ka bahut hi jyada effect padta hai. Aur iska mentally bhi bura asar padta hai. Aur iske opposite jo log subeh breakfast me Fruits , Juice, Dry Fruits, Egg etc lete hain wo log bilkul hi tension free rahte hain. Toh mera ek suggestion hai ki agar aap daily subeh Breakfast nahi lete toh lena shuru kar dijiye . Nahi toh tension ko invitation dene shuru kar lijiye J . Subeh breakfast karne par jaruri nutrition mil jate hain. Jo ki raat bhar ke khali pet ke liye bahut jaruri hota hai. Isse health me bhi improve hota hai.

#2.  Meditation in Morning:

Aapko daily subeh thodi der ke liye Meditation karna bahut faydemand hoga. Iss aapka Dil-dimag shant rhta hai. Aur aapke mn me hmesha ache thoughts aate hain. Jisse aap pure din apne aap ko Tension free feel karte hain.

#3. Computer/Mobile ka Jyada Use karne se bache:

Aaj kal ke Electronic yug me hum Computers/Laptop aur phones ko chalane itna mashgul ho gye hain ki hume hamare health ki thodi bhi fikar nahi hoti hai. Mai aapko bata du ki inn sb gadgets ke use karne se na sirf aapki aankhe hi nahi aapka dimag bhi thak jata hai. Aur aapko proper nind nahi aati. Jisse aapko tension hoti hai. Toh ab mujhe jyada batane ki jarurat nahi aap khud smjh gye honge.
Agar aap computer par hi job karte hain. Toh aap 2 hours ke baad 10 min ka break le liya kariye . Isse aapke aankhon ko bhi rest milta hai aur aapko refreshment bhi.  ;)

#4. Music :

Bahut se health specialists ka manna hai ki Music se hum Tension ko 80% tak dur kar sakte hain. Aur music sunna sbse effective method hai tension ko pension dilane ke liye. Isiliye daily sham ke time me apna favourite music sune. Aur aap chahe toh apne ko usi time par singer ke roop me bhi aajma sakte hain.

#5. Think Positive:

Dekhiye , Life me utar chadhav toh aate rhte hain. Sbse sath kabhi achha ya bura hota hai. Aise me negativity aa jana aam baat hai. Lekin agar aap apni thoughts ko positive rakhenge toh yahi aapke liye better hoga. Aapke life me bhi achha hoga aur aapke health par bhi bura asar nahi padega. Postive thinking se dimag par achha asar padta hain. Tension free bhi ho jate hain.

#6. Take Bath before sleep (Summer ):

Garmi ke mausam me aap daily raat ko sone se phle halka bath jarur le. Isse aapki din bhar ki thakan aur tension se relief milti hai. Aur aap apne aap ko fresh feel karte hain . Isse aapko nind bhi achi aayegi.  Aur haan apni nind jarur puri kare. Healthy life ka sbse bada secret hai ki aap kam se kam 8 ghnte toh jarur soye.

#7. Apne aaspass ke environment ko khush aur shant banane ki koshish kare. Faltu ke matter ko jyada nahi khichna chahiye. Kisi bhi tarah se problem ka solution dekhna chahiye . Na ki problem ko aur badhana chahiye.

#8. Spend Time with Family , Relatives & Friends:



Last aur sbse important tips yah hai ki aapko kaam ke baad sbse jyada apna time family members , Relatives aur friends ke sath me spend karna chahiye. Aur apne ache moments ko share karna chahiye. Isse aapko internal happiness ki feeling aati hai. Aur aap tension free rhte hain.
