गर्मी के मौसम में जल का महत्व ( Importance of Water in Summer )


 Pyare Dosto , Ab garmi ka mausam aa rha hai, jaise- jaise garmi badegi waise –waise pani ki jarurat bhi badegi. Pani ke bina jivan sambhav nhi hai. Isliye pani ki mahatv (importance) ke bare me iss post me batatu hun-
जल (WATER) ही जीवन है:-
Body me jal (water) ki adharsh matra me 1%-2% ki kami bhi dehydration(निर्जलीकरण) (body me pani ki kami) ka karan banati hai, aur 3% tak ki kami to body ko garmi ka shikar(शिकार) bna deti hai.
Dehydration (body me pani ki kami) se rahat kewal pani ke sevan se hi mil  sakti hai.

#1.Barf ya thanda pani pine se body ka bhar kam ho sakata hai, kyu ki body ki energy thande pani ko body ke tapman tak lane me kharch hoti hai.

#2.Body me pani ki thodi si kami bhi brain ke sookshm lekin gambhir rup se sikudane ka karan banati hai aur body me dhyan kendrarit karne aur sochane ki shakti ko khatm karati hai.

#3.Pani ki kami, bhook ki anubhoti ko daba deti hai aur is prakar body me jama hua vasa (fat) khatm hone lahata hai , aur body kamjor ho jati hai.

#4.Pani, body me muscles ki upyukt shakti ko banye rakhata hai, aur tvacha ko sundar banata hai.

#5.Adhik bhar wale person ko pani ki jarurat kam bhar wale person se adhik hoti hai.
Yadi hame pyas nhi hai to pani pina jaruri hai.

#6.Pani ki kami (dehydration) se body me khoon ki matra kam ho jati hai , jisase khoon gada aur adhik sandrata wala ho jata hai jo heart par pratikool dabav (pressure) dalata hai.

#7.Pani ki kami se napunshakta aa jati hai aur baal girne lagate hain.

#8.Pyas ki anubhooti(अनुभूति) उम्र (age) ke sath- sath kam hoti jati hai.
